How long will my membership last? 
Memberships are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Which events can I attend with my membership?
With your Club CC membership, you can come to any of our ticketed events without having to purchase tickets each time (and of course, you can come to all free events too!).  Your name will be on our membership list at the box office at each event and you can easily check in there.  The only events we can not guarantee free entry for are those that we are producing for outside organizations and are not selling tickets for directly through THE CREATORS COLLECTIVE.  

Can I purchase a membership for someone else? 
Yes!  If you would like to purchase a membership for someone else, please let us know by selecting the option: “No, I am gifting this membership to someone else” and provide us with their full name and contact information so we can fulfill their membership directly with them.  

Can I send someone in my place if I can’t make it to an event? 
Yes!  Email thecreatorscollective@gmail.com at least 24 hours in advance and tell us the name of the person you’ll be sending in your place.  Requests the day of the event can not be accommodated.  

Do I need to bring my membership card to each event I attend? 
It is encouraged that you bring your membership card with you to our events for quick check-in.  If you send someone in your place (see question above), they do not need to bring the membership card and can just give their name at the box office when they arrive.  

When are the Member Happy Hours? 
Member Happy Hours will be at select events throughout the year and will be shared with members via email and on the event pages on our website.
